Jessica Lim started dancing in 2006 at a late age of 18, mainly doing Hip Hop and Street Jazz. She started teaching and choreographing as a freelance dance instructor since 2010. After getting a Degree in Business Management, she move on to become a full time dance instructor and also started teaching Kpop MTV dance.
Jessica took the Hip Hop Level 12 exam under the Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD) and attained distinction. She also took the Aerobics certification under the Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF).
She is attracted to Kpop due to their intricate dance moves, choreography and synchronisation for each MTV. She found that each Kpop group or song has their own distinct flavour – swag, cool, sexy, cute or even comical.
Jessica is determined to establish a new Kpop dance workout brand with authentic Kpop moves & flavour while still being able to sweat enough! Something that is attractive not just to dancers, but also to people who cannot dance but love Kpop.
